Developed the In tegrated Master Schedule, WBS and performance measurement
baseline for DoD: Future Combat Systems and Analytics Modernization: Robotics
Convoy and MU LE ($100M). Briefed the DCAA and DCMA audit team on program
performance, issues and resolutions focused on subcontractor integration and
technical performance.
Managed the agile software development vendor for the Pathfinder agent portal
modernization program. Prepared and updated the r isk register and performed
quantitative r isk management. Prepared the program estimates and schedules
