programs with those customers.
. Prepare all financial statements. Test them for accuracy
and make them available for auditors, banks and others who
require them.
. Work hand in hand with auditors to prepare audited
financial statements for banks, etc. Work with tax
specialists to prepare federal and state forms. Prepare
taxes myself for smaller companies.
. Stay on top of cash flow at all times. Check all bank
accounts for accuracy of balance and debits and credits on
a daily basis.
. Prepare budgets and require adherence to them by owners
and managers.
. Collect all accounts receivable. Work with collection
agencies or lawyers to collect the difficult ones.
. Test the accuracy of payables. Make payments in a timely
manner to avoid service charges.
. Prepare all payrolls. Prepare all tax forms including
payroll taxes & sales tax. Prepare all property and
personality tax forms.
. Manage all software. Proficient with many different
software packages with particular expertise in Quickbooks
Enterprise & Mas90, both accounting software packages,
Excel & Wordl. Also I have become very proficient in a
construction software called Explorer in a very short
period of time. Very capable manager of Windows 2000, XP &

. Manage all computer hardware. Keep all computers running
efficiently and keep networks running.
. Prepare all required information necessary for setting up
all new loans, including SBA loans.
. Provided due diligence in several instances, both as a
buyer and as a seller.
. Keep track of all depreciable assets. Depreciate all
assets.
. Prepare job cost analysis for construction companies.
