Key Responsibilities

(Technical Services)

Operate the power plant during duty hours to ensure smooth operations maintaining steam and power quality, quantity and delivery at optimum cost, ensuring plant safety and environmental compliance

Project Shift Planning & Control, Trouble Shooting, Preventive actions, Check list & Follow up, Data Compilation, Identification of Abnormality and Corrective actions.

Study of technical projects raised by departments & suggesting improvement and cost reduction. Also identify saving projects for Energy Conservation.

Working out best option in co-ordination with other Depts for the smooth operations

The job has considerable interaction with External Agencies, and 5S working practice and Kaizen activity.

Working Preservation Of Stand-By Equipment Deciding and Implementing Autonomous Maintenance according to WCM norms
