Notes about my Accomplishments & Management Style (Page 2):
"I increased Production 30% and also cut Warranty costs by 25%. How?
First and foremost, I interacted with the production people to find out what created their
individual drive to succeed. What motivated each one? Money? Accomplishment?
Security. I tailored their individual goals to achieving mine based on what drove them.
I then organized the manufacturing process to achieve systematic building based on the
number of people necessary to accomplish the goal for a day's work, which allowed the
individual people to make more money and produce more product in the given time.
I fine tuned the delivery of materials to always be there when they were needed to finish
the manufacturing on a daily and weekly basis.
I then spent most of my day interacting with workers to answer their questions,
challenge them to better their time for completion, physically work with them to share
easier ways to accomplish these goals, and encourage them to always make certain that
when an RV leaves their area it is a quality, well built unit so that they don't have to do
rework. This saved them time which got them out earlier in the day, made them more money
per hour, and created a quality product.
