In 1976,Joined as an Area sales Trainee in Britannia Industries.Ltd

Kolkata in Bakery Division (North East)

Within a year I was confirmed as a Area Salesman for (North

East)region Headquater in Kolkata

1980, Promoted as a Senior Salesman to North Bengal and Sikkim.

In 1987 Promoted as Sales officer and was in charge of new Soya

Division for entire Eastern Region with an additional coverage of

Andaman, Bhutan and Nepal.

In 1990, I also worked two months in lien service to SM Dye Chem.

(Mumbai) dealing Soya Units.

In 1990, transferred to the Bakery Division at H.Q at Kolkata covering

West Bengal, Sikkim and Bhutan.

Worked as a senior Sales officer controlling two C&F'A s godown, 63

Distributors, 223 Rural preferred Dealer, 4TSI and 18 pilot salesmen.

The turnover was 5.8 crores per month.

Although I was also responsible for the Cake Distribution in my area.

In 2009,August I was transferred to the training department as a

Regional Capability officer, Eastern Zone. My Job was to conduct sales

training (workshops)and on-job coaching for SO,TSI,RTSI,AWSM and

Merchandiser of all states in Eastern India.
