Commissioning / Construction Manager

The project goal was for the successful construction of an 850t gas compression module for lifted

installation on Hibiscus Platform in the North Coast Marine area offshore Trinidad. Involved planning

for 3 platform shutdowns for installation, interconnect, interface and commissioning

• Acted as key interface between the EPIC Contractor and BGTT Operations

• Efficiently coordinated commissioning and construction activities

• Achieved delivery in accordance with Asset, BG Group, national and industry standards

Completion and hand over of the Gabes – LPG Offloading & Reception Facility located in Port of

Gannouch – Gabes, Tunisia. Site installations consisted of export pipeline, 5 propane and 2 butane

bullets in mounded construction with associated above and below grade installations of utility and

product piping, E & I equipment and control facilities

• Managed one of several sites utilizing a full construction management team and support staff

• Full management of approximately 450 site contractor personnel at the peak period

• HSSE, cost and scheduling, contracts coordination, resident engineering, materials and logistics,

construction supervision & inspection in an extremely aggressive schedule

site and with operations on layout activities for permanent production facilities, collecting
