• Sign off on all invoices to make sure the correct prices are being billed (controller assigned).
• Team with the warehouse manager to monitor all orders are filled and shipped accurately, as well as efficiently.
• Develop strategic sourcing initiatives and present them to the owner of the company. This helps with the overall functionality of the business.
• Call upon multiple vendors daily to ensure I am purchasing at the lowest possible prices. This is not only to maintain, but increase profit margins as well.
• Enter pick slips (orders). Communicate the appropriate information to the warehouse to ensure they are being built and pulled for shipping.
