Project Description A security traded in some context other than on a formal exchange

such as the NYSE, TSX, AMEX, etc. The phrase

"over-the-counter" can be used to refer to stocks that trade via a

dealer network as opposed to on a centralized exchange. It also

refers to debt securities and other financial instruments such as

derivatives, which are traded through a dealer network.

Over the counter application deals with the trading of instrument

like Equity, Commodity, Forex and Fixed Income. Application Over

the counter incorporates trading end to end flow. Flow goes like

investor first creates the trade and then ACL do reconciliation and

then after booker books those trades to the market for further

process.

Application Structured Product Application

Project Description Structured products are designed to facilitate highly customized

risk-return objectives. This is accomplished by taking a traditional

security, such as a conventional investment-grade bond, and

replacing the usual payment features (e.g. periodic coupons and

final principal) with non-traditional payoffs derived not from the

issuer's own cash flow, but from the performance of one or more

underlying assets.

Structured Product Application deals with the type of derivative of

assets like Equity, Commodity, Forex and Fixed Income and in this

application incorporates trading end to end flow. Flow goes like

ACL create the deal then investor can create the orders upon the

existing deal then after the reconciliation booker books those

trades to the market for further process. This applications support

regulatory like Retail Distribution review, lending value engine,

and improve the efficiency.

1. Excel to Script convertor

This application is use to create the population script from the excel sheet. It will take excel

sheet as input and provide script as text file. Using this tool now developer only need 4 to 5

min to create the DML scripts for more than 5000 rows instead of doing it manually in 1hrs.

2.Local SQL IDE TOOL for Sybase

For Java related stuffs, we have eclipse IDE with plug-in like say maven which helps to have the

difference of changes and also provide the way to commit the changes to the repository. But

for SQL object related stuff we have IDE but not the commit or difference related features in

the same package or application.

So we are trying to create a tool which will help to run the sql query and also check the

difference with the previous state of same sql object. We are also trying to incorporate the

commit features.

3. MVN Build tool

This tool enable the GUI level option for building the maven project instead of writing the

complex commands in command prompt to build the projects.
