Summary of Inspection Duties:

. In Process Inspection: Verified solder, crimping components,

markers, cables. Ensured that epoxy being used was according to

customer specs and mil-std's, verified that assembly procedure was

meeting customer print and that solder met JSTD-001 standards.

Measured Assemblies using measuring tape. Made sure correct tools

were used and that all equipment was at right temperature.

. Receiving Inspection: Checked process from nickel plating to gold

plating to ensure they met Mil-Stds and certifications according to

blue prints. Received and measured parts the same day. During final

process I would put information into database and accept it.

. Final Inspection: All product not inspected during in-process

would be inspected in Final Inspection. For example: Final

dimensions on lengths epoxy for cureness and overflow, and kit

verifications. Verified test information according to blue print.

Made revisions on printout labels, box labels and packing slips

sent out with product.

. Source Inspection: Performed source inspections for Lockheed,

Sikorsky, and Northrop Grumman. Performed First Articles according

to AS9001 standards for 1st time builds and if customer required

it.

Life-Tech - 1998-2002

Quality Control Inspector

. Inspection of circuit board assemblies for computers and medical

devices.

. Internal auditor for quality control.

. Reviewed contracts, purchase orders, drawings, routing, shop

instructions and other planning for quality requirements.

and qty's in boxes. Palletized in 7 pallets and to be sent out.

. Final checked all out-going product and rechecked returns that came

back from sterilization for any damages on product or bags. Inspected

according to parts list.
