acquisition of Johnson Polymer. Support morale and performance of 3
divisions comprised of ~600 total employees across US, Mexico, and Canada.
Partner on design and rollout of various high-profile organization
development measures. Advise central business strategy as member of
Leadership Team. Report directly to SVP.
. Through the facilitation of focus groups and a comprehensive
communication plan, achieved 97% acceptance among key staff during
unit relocation to Michigan post acquisition.

pay delivered by outsourcer on day 1, requiring no contingency plan use.
Project Leader, Global Human Resources Service Delivery (2002 - 2003):
Selected to lead accelerated HRIS implementation for newly merged global
company. Assembled project team and set detailed execution strategy.
. Reached outsourcing agreement covering 8600 employees in 10 countries,
via 2 service centers. Resulting system provided effective payroll,
benefits, and personnel administration as well as manager and employee
self service capabilities.
Latin America Regional Human Resources Director (2001 - 2002): Oversaw
generalist activity supporting operations in 7 countries. Through careful
management of stakeholders and strategic communication plan, aligned and
streamlined region by establishing formal salary administration,
succession, development, and communication programs.
Cluster Human Resources Manager (1998 - 2001): Harmonized processes for
Argentina and Chile subsidiaries. Improved bottom line by launching
development plans for sales team. Coordinated HR aspect of post-merger
shutdown of a Buenos Aires plant, with no business disruption or legal
issues.
