Objective
It is my desire to serve as a Worship and Arts staff member in a church that wants, above
all else, to seek and pursue God and His will in every aspect of its ministry; a church that
teaches and believes in the omnipotence of God’s Word, leading its congregation by the
truth of His Word and by the power of His Spirit; a church that sees its primary role within
the Body of Christ as making and maturing followers of Jesus Christ of all people within
its surrounding community.
I hope to promote a spirit of unity within the of the Worship and Arts ministry by
exercising such team-building practices as sensitive conflict resolution and spiritual
accountability; and supporting the pastor, the church, and its staff through other
