Job Title: Cashier/ Assistant Manager

Supervisor's Name: Yves Martin

During my days employed at BP, about a year and a half in working

there, I've achieved within my Work Experience valuable knowledge of

employable entry level skills in this Industry. I've manage to

provide overall excellent customer service, which in turn contributed

to the increase of customer returns during my Afternoon shift,

where I would normally average around $700 towards the end of my

work shift just working part- time there alone. However, working full

time during the weekends plus including the holidays when I'll tend to work

over-time, I would usually amount about $4,000 in sales profit- mostly on

gas consumption, lottery ticket purchases, and as well as purchases

of store items after deduction from lottery sale commissions as

aforementioned. As Assistant General Manager part of my duties

under the primary leadership of Yves Martin- My Manager were to

take over or after him on sick days, emergencies, days off, plus

holidays and sometimes weekends off since I've accumulated enough

experience through vigorous training. In addition to this also

other key responsibilities such as helping the salesman plus other

salesmen/women delivering merchandises, help check off the invoices

to regulate what items comes inside the store and is in stock,

alongside go through The Daily Report, Shift Report, and Close

Shift. Also within my right from time to time I would rotate the

work schedule making the work options more flexible in order to

accommodate to the concerns and needs of the other employees

depending on the circumstances at hand for e.g. who is going to

replace the other cashier in order to work the late night shift,

who's willing to drive over to pick up the check from one of

our business sponsors while I'm assisting a customer and so

forth Relieving their worries of life's unexpected circumstances.

Therefore, by rotating the work schedule my sole purpose in doing

this was to produce a more structured and unified work

environment. In short through my extensive work experience demonstrates

my achievements/qualifications of what I'm capable enough to offer

as a potential employee to your company. I'm both reliable as

well as productive, with a strong work ethic and I believe that

I'm the best candidate for this job.

ExxonMobil- 999 Edwards Road/Oleander Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 34983

Contact Phone Number: 772-***-****.

November 2007- July 2009

Job Title: Cashier

Supervisor's Name: Delouis Pierre

In Reference to my previous occupation relating to my employment

at Exxon Mobil in nearly two years working there I've also gained

many of the same valuable insights of employable entry level

skills through my work experience there as well, in addition to

this, I've learned to acknowledge Authority and the importance of

work through cooperation along the way by contributing as a team

through both my job as a cashier and from my promoted position

as Assistant General Manager behind my Boss- Delouis Pierre and my

predecessor- Yves Martin. Also when earned an opportunity at

leadership what I've acquired the most from this experience is

that the public expects more from you than mediocrity, Therefore

I would always strive to be of responsible character and also

reliable whether it's for e.g. staying on top of the price of gas,

by knowing when to change the value for regular, premium, super,

and diesel in order to match the average nationwide consumer fuel

cost as indicated on the invoice. Plus, in addition to this as

well always being aware of when we run out of gas so that just

in case I can call for Delivery for gas fill-up and so on .

I've also mastered confidents including maturity from not caving

into pressure by being both dedicated to my line of work, and

being sure of my abilities as well, also not to mention

accountability from being in a position of leadership, alongside

demonstrating punctuality both day in and day out. And last but

not least always paying forth close attention to customer

complaints if any in regard to their concerns, needs, and demands

about their shopping experience plus the service here for

instance, when multi-tasking between having totaled up the cost of

purchases in the store in addition to this make or/and receive

payments on these merchandises in correlation to my daily check-

out routine as cashier plus also balancing my responsibilities as

Assistant General Manager from reviewing Business documents/Data

processors such as The Invoice, Close Shift along with The Daily

and Shift Report, to providing a financial report showing proof

of our estimates on income and expenses through spreadsheet excel-

An accounting computer software program while completing all of

this work on a lunch Break, we collectively, working together both

me as a representative employee for Exxon Mobil along with my

Boss, Manager, and my other co-workers always made customer service

our # one top primary interest by constantly going out of our way

towards improving customer service with support and cooperation

from our salesmen in help delivering the supplies and products

needed on our shelves- A demonstration of an applied golden

principle of supply and demand. Along with providing a clean and

sanitized convenience store to walk into again in order to meet,

or match our customers concerns, recognizing the rights of the

customer by putting them first. In final glance of my work

experience these are my earned credentials that I can bring to

the table as a possible candidate if I'm hired. I'm a fast

learner and always eager to learn and expand my Work Experience.

I hope and intend on bringing my skills plus experience to

contribute towards your company.
