OEM Program Manager

Promoted to Program Manager to assume responsibility for all OEM customers

and their product families. Responsibilities included: daily customer

conferencing providing real time scheduling, contract negotiations,

customer/vendor relationship management and production planning.

Key Accomplishments:

. Obtained AS900 R&D program for multiple aircraft components

from Honeywell and secured production contract through

successful product development.

Quality Control Manger

Manager of new 20,000sqft manufacturing facility and responsible for the

implementation of documented policies and procedures throughout every

process within the building. For this building alone the processes

included: CNC machining, EDM, grinding, shipping/receiving, inventory,

inspection, NDT and maintenance. I supervised 10-15 employees at any one

time from inspection personnel to shipping/receiving clerks.

Key Accomplishments

. Implemented several short run SPC programs, Lead Auditor for

internal auditing team (entire facility 60,000sqft)

. Developed and documented for operator use specific inspection

techniques for AS900 program,

. Reduced customer parts reject rating from 200,000 ppm to zero

in three months and maintained it,

. Implemented CMM scanning techniques revolutionizing AMTI's

reverse engineering capabilities,

by integrating dedicated shipping/receiving division into new
