Professional Experience

CONTROLLER experience:

Real estate development company, Towson MD, 2010-present (Position: Controller)

• Accomplishments and responsibilities: taking the company through two $30 million construction

projects including transitioning projects from construction to operations; setting up accounting

procedures, books, and systems of reporting and tracking costs; coordinating funding on

construction projects; establishing accounting relationship with joint venture partner and developing

and effectuating mechanisms by which company can review and oversee partner’s accounting and

reporting; primary contact on all accounting matters involving HUD cost cert and audits, tax

accountants, banks, management companies, commercial tenants, and outside billings from

development team (GC, engineers, architects, lawyers, etc.)

Biotech research & development company, Columbia MD, 2004-2010 (Position: Controller)

• Responsibilities: managing the day to day accounting and bill paying; compiling financial
