and assist in building a profitable book of business for Fireman's Fund

Insurance by evaluating property, general liability, products liability,

worker's compensation and auto liability exposures and controls.

Engaged in multi-disciplinary approach that included Underwriting, Sales

and Independent Producer involvement throughout life cycle of account

(prospects and renewal business).

. Assisted in maintaining account profitability by regular loss ratio

analysis and by line of business. Developed solution-based approaches

for both Insureds and Underwriting. Included consultation, account

actions.

. Trained recently to assist FFIC Affluent Lines Division by assessing high-

valued personal homes for value and quality.

Control Report format designed to provide greater efficiency for both

Underwriting and Loss Control and target more profitable accounts.
