yield and existing process yield using root cause analysis and cause & effect diagram
• Determine the drivers that correlate to the customer requirements and significantly
influence the process

Project Title: Assembly analysis of Bowl Mill using Programme Evaluation &Review
Technique
Description:
The purpose of our project was to analyze the assembly of bowl mill using pert technique. The
bowl mill is one of the most advanced design of coal pulverizes. The major steps or phases in the
project was to draw the assembly network for various sub-assemblies of the bowl mill, then
calculate the earliest and latest start time . After calculating the earliest start time, the maximum
path was taken as critical path. Finally our aim was to minimize the resources, time and
maximize the profit.
