year.

. Designed rigorous project management system - Facing 300,000 SF of

renovations, Kelly Services needed to upgrade project management

capabilities. Customized off-the-shelf applications including MS

Project and Work-O-Rama, developed suite of tools and tightly

controlled processes. Brought in 95% of tasks on-time and within

budget.

. Saved $150K by in-sourcing property management - Determined that

property management services could be in-housed for less than annual

fees paid to third-parties. Reabsorbed property management services

and completed smooth transition, improving service levels and

responsiveness while cutting costs.

. Developed highly-efficient moves/adds/changes process - Kelly Services

needed an improved method for managing office/staffing changes.

Shortly after being recruited, devised a system for planning and

managing moves. Dramatically expedited process and reduced costs. Won

near-perfect satisfaction ratings from staff (4.9 out of 5).

. Created template for long-term renovation cost savings - Long-range

growth plan at Kelly Services included budget item for architects to

handle design services on office renovations. Seeing opportunity for

savings, volunteered to develop an alternative moving design and floor

plan. Brought work in-house and saved $175K on professional services

fees.

. Managed HQ move for Volkswagen - Company had solicited bids for move

in consolidating three locations into a new headquarters building.

Developed a counterproposal by recommending in-housing of project

management. Saved $75K on moving costs. In a post-move survey, won

strong marks for the seamlessness of the relocation.

managing 150 vendors.

. Managed a capital budget in excess of $1.5 million dollars.

Collected, compiled and directed capital requests needed to help
