Responsibility:

. Configuration of the system as per user request / functionality

changes.

. Provision of end user training for smooth transfer of knowledge in the

areas of SD.

. Training the users in warehouse for receipt of material with proper

transactions to maintain proper data integrity

. Perform integration testing work as necessary to insure that new

functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing

functionality

. Analyses of the problems during go live and correction of the same

either through customization or changes in business process

. Production support and training to users in order management.

. Study of the production system to analyze blocked or wrongly posted
