. Coordinating the transition from Taiwanese to US-based manufacturing

facilities; oversaw the construction of a 200,000-square-foot facility

and all retrofitting and commissions.

. Reducing annual operating expenses by $220,000 by implementing large-

scale energy efficiency improvements and renegotiating the company's

natural gas contract directly with the wellhead.

. Decreasing annual expenses by $251,000 and fuelled over $150,000 in

additional growth through leadership of award-winning waste management

and recycling programs.

. Stepping in to lead disaster teams round-the-clock after disastrous

facility fire; restored manufacturing operations from 0 to full
