Production Engineer/Manufacturing Manager, MTEQ Kilmarnock, VA (2008-2012)

Support prototype, design, and production phases of box and cable assembly projects. Coordinating with

customers and other engineers as each product requires. Responsible for all phases of the manufacturing process

as it relates to new projects.

• Coordinated and designed the layout and startup of a new Manufacturing facility for the expanding Box

and Cable/ Systems Integration Division.

• Responsible for production process flow, design, and manufacture of jigs, fixtures and special tools to aid

in efficiency improvements.
