Lead - Program Management - Commercial IT (Novo Nordisk) 2009
to present
Directed & managed various large scale enterprise wide Commercial IT
programs & projects to support several field force & pharmaceutical
functions of the organization, from idea to delivery for regulated &
non-regulated environments. These enterprise technology development
projects/programs that support several business functions, include the
attributes of Application Development (in the areas of MDM, CRM, DW,
BI/Analytics & Mobility), Continuity & Production Support, System

2000-2003
Development of the company's Core Systems Strategy. This top-tiered
initiative included defining and building CRM infrastructure along
with a governance model for managing business and all aspects of Sales
& Marketing initiatives. This was followed up by
adaptation/integration of business applications to meet 3Com's planned
business transformation and BPO initiatives. Revamping of the Sales &
Marketing platform to an integrated content driven business processes
resulting in Global CRM platform.
As a member of the 'Core Systems Strategy' group, managed a global
program for the integration, development, deployment of Siebel CRM
applications across EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific, resulting in
reduction of over 200 systems to just 3 core systems across the
enterprise and facilitating sales & marketing reach to customers. The
CRM system had over 7000 users globally supported by 3 sets of
servers, located geographically.
