Experience

Electric Motor Winding & Water Pumps repairing, Tubewell Chamber Wiring and House wiring from my

childhood at my uncle’s workshop after school time from 1976 to 1980.

Industrial Training Institute Practical Experience in Turner trade from 1980 to 1982. I had also done part time

job at a private Generator workshop of alternators, lathing, rewinding, Generator testing etc till March,

1985.

I completed one year course of Automobile in Diesel Engine and again a part time job in a private Generator,

Agriculture Machinery and Tractor workshop from 1985 to December, 1990.

In 1990 I joined TATa and Leyland Trucks private workshop as foreman specialist of engines for two years.

In 1992 to I had been selected as Heavy Bus and Truck Driver in state Goverment of Haryana (Haryana

Roadway Kurukshetra.) till 1995.

I resigned bus driver’s Government job from Haryana Roadways in 1996 and I moved to Gurgaon city to

start my own business of Diesel Generators / Engines.

I build a big enough workshops in Gurgaon city for all kind of works like Diesel Generator and Engines

repairing, Overhauling, Maintenance, Diesel Engine and Generator assembling. The Generators I have made

are still very successful and running in market. I feel very glad for my successful business and my

achievements. I have been remained famous in Gurgaon and NCR area as Top Mechanic. My favourite

engines are Cummins, Caterpillar, Kirloskar, Leyland, Tata, Perkins, Slow and High speed marine Diesel

Generator etc. In 2006 I handover this workshop to my son and now he is the proprietor himself.

In 2006, I undertook 3 tenders of Diesel Generators, Heavy Substation, and handled the complete substation

operation successfully. 3 substations details as follow:

At Leela Kempinski (5 Star Hotel), I operated and maintained 3 numbers of Cummins 1500KVA DG. (Diesel

Generator) Set.

At Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, I operated and maintained 12 numbers of Cummins 1500KVA DG. Set.

At Ambience Mall, Basant Kunj, New Delhi, I operated and maintained 8 number of 1500KVA DG. Set.

All the substations are PLC Controlled, I handled A, B, C and D Check of all the engines, electric motors,

cooling towers, operation and maintenance according to manufacturer’s standard and instructions. I worked

with my staff and team during my contract and also provided them best quality service and manpower.

My Promises

1. I can do overhauling, repairing and maintenance of all type engines of Generator, truck, tractor or other

machines.

2. I have a strong attitude of reading machinery behaviour and nature of all kind of machines.

3. I have good knowledge of AC. Motors, submersible pumps, pumps, panels and wiring system.

4. I can also do repairing and maintenance of agriculture machinery.

5. I can drive all types of heavy and light motor vehicles including trucks, car, bus, tractor -trolley etc.

6. I also very familiar with DC. Supply circuits of engines and machinery control wiring.
