Experience

I have had the following responsibilities but not limited to maintaining a safe and secure site. Greeting the residence of my building and assisting with any property issues. As well as report writing and perimeter checks. While working at Allegiance I was responsible for the day to day operations of the properties and officers for all the sites for the city of Houston. This included client relations, updating officer knowledge of procedures and company policies. As manager my main objective was in keeping an active line of communication between myself and my officers. Also to keep down overhead but promote moral. I realize it has been a number of years since I have held a position as a therapy tech but the knowledge and passion is still there. My desire to work with patients to help them achieve their goal of getting stronger and healthier is still present. If given the opportunity I will not only better myself but help improve our team.
