Recruitment:

Employee Relation Roles & Responsibilities Human Resources:
Induction & Joining Formalities:
. Plan, organize, and conduct induction programmed for the new joiner.
. Complete the joining formalities i.e. Collect the required documents,
creation of login id for attendance.
. Support and/or coordinate new hire orientations.
. Employee orientation, development and training.
. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health and employee services
and counseling.
. Represent the management at meeting that involve employee
benefits, compensation and discipline issues.

. Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit / terminated
employees
. Analyzed the issue by giving warning through verbally or written by
issuing warning letter till termination of employees due to continuous
absenteeism, no prior intimation before taking leaves, unable to reach
assigned targets, lack of ownership & responsibility etc.
LEAVE Management
Management of all employees requesting leave of absence from work for
short term
Disability,long term disability and family medical leave.Responsible for
communications and coordination with employees,managers,timekeepers and
payroll
Manages Reports and reporting tools,tracking and claims management
Serves as a central contract person for all leave of absence claims and
perform all administrative functions as needed

HRIS Management:
