Presently working with M/S Chemplast Sanmar Limited, Mettur as
executive manager for VCM manufacturing process and EDC manufacture through
oxy chlorination process).
Experience in DCS panel operation, managing production activities,

1. Vinyl chloride manufacturing process through thermal cracking of
ethylene dichloride,
2. Manufacture of ethylene dichloride through oxy chlorination process and
incineration of hiboils to produce steam and weak acid.
VCM plant:
. Ensuring production targets are achieved in shift through safe
operation of the plant.
. Maintaining cracking furnace and distillation column parameters like
pressure, temperature flow,level and trouble shooting in case of any
abnormalities.
. Strict adherence to safety work permit system while allocating
maintenance jobs in shifts to respective departments and ensuring
process equipments, lines are properly isolated while executing job.

. Preparation and review of various process deliverables such as Data

. Preparation and review of process sequence logic.
. Review and assist with development of Factory acceptance test (FAT),
Site acceptance test (SAT).

Previous Experience 2:
I have worked in Kaleeswari Refinery Pvt.Ltd.
(gold winner) at Chennai as a Shift Engineer from June 2004 to August
2007. KRPL is one of the leading edible oil refinery (sunflower oil,
Soya bean oil, Groundnut oil, palm olein) and also manufacturing of
Vanaspati and bakery shortening products in south India.
