Performing inspection for the fabrication monitoring of, piping and

pipelines, for various projects in UAE- Abudhabi, Qatar, Oman and India

> Reviewing the PQRs, WPS, ITPs Project specifications and preparation

of WPS, PQR and Qualifying welders as per relevant codes and

specifications.

> Conduct Pre inspection meetings, Review and approve the QA/QC

requirements and ITP's as per Inspection assignment package

> Review of RT film and interpretation as per ASME Section IX, ASME Sec

> Witness Welder Qualification tests in association with the client.

Conducting Weld Audit periodically to ensure the quality of the

welding activity, Maintaining records of all welders and ensures their

qualification continuity. Continuously monitoring the performance of

the welders.

> Compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing till

for a retention period contractually agreed.

> Notify the non-conformance identified during inspections and

recommending corrective

Measures to site supervisors through QA Engineer.

> Material inspection for incoming materials & Review of material

certificates to check compliance to project specifications

> Monitoring and witnessing for the NDT tests. Witness &review the

Mechanical destructive tests.

> Fit-up checking. Field inspection with different material Carbon Steel

(CS) Stainless Steel (SS), Low Temperature Carbon steel (LTCS), Low

Alloy Steel (P11&P22) includes fabrication and fit-up, welding

inspection

> Witnessing Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing, Visual tests, Flushing

and Drying of pipelines.
