Contract Virtual Recruiter, temporary project based
Hired to assist Futurestep, Inc. with a contract project with the Safeway
Corporation, a $41 billion retail grocery chain based in Pleasanton, CA.
The project consisted of full life-cycle recruiting for 7 hard to fill,
corporate Digital Marketing roles, of which 2 had remained open for over a
year. The recruiting function was performed from a virtual, east coast
office and all requisitions were successfully completed in a timely manner.
At the conclusion of the Safeway contract, remained on with Futurestep Inc.
for an additional short-term contract project, identifying first in class
corporate buyers and planners for a major CPG retail vendor. Both
assignments required full life-cycle recruiting for mid to senior level
executives.

Contract Recruiter, temporary project based, Virtual & Onsite
Contacted by the head of Nestle USA Talent Acquisition in March of 2010 for
a virtual, six month, part-time recruiting assignment to assist in the
staffing of the newly acquired DiGiorno & Tombstone Pizza business
purchased from Kraft in Chicago, IL. Partnered with "C" level executives
and business unit leaders to identify critical skill sets for key
positions. The role was expanded to assist numerous Nestle, USA business
units with their hard to fill staffing needs nationwide. Successfully
