In February of 2010 through September of 2011 my father had a massive
stroke and I assumed total control of the care of my parents and worked,
on a daily basis, to get my father through the healthcare system and back
home.
After December 2011 it became necessary for me to re-engage in my father's
care. I coordinated all facets of care for both my parents including all
therapy, financial aide and oversite of all finances. Coordination of in
home aides. Transportation to and from doctor appointments. I performed
these duties while conducting a job search. I have stayed current with
industry trends and healthcare reform and completed several consulting
engagements.

Expanded benefit administration opportunities and helped cross sell payroll
opportunities during a very tumultuous time. Learned an entirely new
product offering without the benefit of training. Increased pipeline by
over 200% and gained real traction in the payroll area with sales
opportunities. Company purchased a benefits administration provider in
Chicago and all functions were moved to that location.
