employed over 550 non-union people, exempt and non-exempt.
Primary Responsibilities:
. Prepared zero based annual budgets for four customer billing silos;
handling and transportation for both distribution center and
manufacturing plant. Direct labor varied to volume and productivity
goals.
. Reviewed monthly financial results with customer management; actual
versus budget, project costs, out of scope costs, impact of
productivity and volume on labor.
. Flexed monthly budget based on volume (case, layer and full pallet).
Researched and explained budget variances for labor, productivity and
