October 2008 to July 2012

Site finance manager, $43 million 3PL account, P&G's largest distribution

center in North America, 3.1 million sq ft, high volume DC that ran case

and layer pick lines, full pallet shipping and transportation. Site

employed over 550 non-union people, exempt and non-exempt.

Primary Responsibilities:

. Prepared zero based annual budgets for four customer billing silos;

handling and transportation for both distribution center and

manufacturing plant. Direct labor varied to volume and productivity

goals.

. Reviewed monthly financial results with customer management; actual

versus budget, project costs, out of scope costs, impact of

productivity and volume on labor.

. Flexed monthly budget based on volume (case, layer and full pallet).

Researched and explained budget variances for labor, productivity and

managed costs. Tracked KPI's and pain/gain share. Prepared monthly

invoices then presented and reviewed details with the customer.

LOCATION MANAGER, Penske Logistics (3PL provider for Cardinal Health) -

Earth City, MO

May 2008 to October 2008

Managed 3PL transportation contract for customer, Cardinal Health. Provided

all transportation for their distribution center, delivering medical

supplies daily to hospitals and clinics in MO, IL and KY.

Primary Responsibilities included:

. Managed driver hiring and schedules for a non-union account.

. Performed all safety training (i.e. SMITH System), ensured DOT

compliance: hours of service, MVR's, check rides and maintained driver

files.

. Performed all P&L responsibilities: Payroll, budget, AP/AR, invoicing,

LOGISTICS MANAGER, RYDER INTEGRATED LOGISTICS (3PL) - St. Louis,

MO

January 1996 to January 2008

Managed site operations for Chrysler and Textron Automotive accounts for 9

years, before transitioning to finance department.

Primary Responsibilities included:

. Finance manager for $23 million account for distributor of high-end

home construction materials, 13 locations in 5 states, and assisted

Senior Finance Manager in managing 60 other customer contracts.

. Logistics manager at Chrysler account in St. Louis, MO, operations

consisted of warehousing and transportation for two automotive

assembly plants with a daily production of 1,800 passenger vehicles.

. Location manager for Tier I auto supplier Textron Auto, transportation

and warehouse operations.
