. Cost Analysis. Construction estimating, Bid letting,

Scheduling, and Land cost assessment from research and

additional information pertaining to infrastructure, economic

influences and local governing laws to evaluate the related land

cost.

. Project Management. Oversee the respective professional

consultants to ensure timeliness and performance of tasking as

outlined within the scope of services while meeting the

established time lines for the project.

. Contract Negotiations. Preparation of request for proposals for

services, define scope of work to be performed and contracting

of respective professional services to perform work.

Negotiations for raw land and contract preparation.

. Budgeting. Development of master plan, to define and outline

complete project goals and objectives, inclusion of all costs

associated with objective and timeline to facilitate project.

Define final budget and with inclusions for delays and

unforeseen tasking.

. Personnel Management. Utilization of support staffing and

contracted services to delegate the necessary work to be

performed in a timely fashion.

. Public Representation. Interaction with State and local

agencies in negotiations for approval of the projected goals and

objectives of the mission.

. Presentations. Preparations and presentation for public

representation. Knowledge of all aspects of the work and

resolutions to achieve the final goal.

. Consulting. Ability to discuss with all professional services

from engineering, environmentalist, wildlife experts,

agricultural boards, natural resource districts, chambers of

commerce, local and state officials the necessary means to

achieve the final goal.

. Land Development. Utilization of land use codes, zoning

regulations and comprehensive master plans to enhance land uses,

maximize land potential and achieve the final goal.

. Team Management. Work at an executive level in overseeing

contracted services in maintaining the timeliness of the

project, to achieve the completion of work.
