• Integrated all program activities including program management, engineering,

Primavera P6 and other financial management tools

• Utilized Excel, SAP, Primavera P6 and worked as a team to support reconciliation of

legacy data to new version of financial management system and make sure that is

incorporated with cost and schedule

• Organized meetings to prepare Baseline Change Request with engineers and Integrated

Program Schedulers, submitted BCRs, made sure down stream control account

managers notice about the changes and reduced the impacts to a minimum level

• Created different layouts in Primavera P6 and made status sheet in Excel to fit on the

need of various projects and got positive feedback from engineers

• Monitored and analyzed Manpower on monthly basis via Primavera P6, SAP and Excel

to make sure staffing is manageable for different projects
