Opening Jobs I Change notices

.Receive and Review all new orders and make sure they match what we quoted.

.Assigning a KAP Job number to all new orders and creates folders.

.Work with Quality control to make sure we have the latest set of prints

for the job.

.Receive all change notices from Customer and make all the changes

necessary in

the Job Boss system, Traveler and Folder

.Maintain and create Folders in the "customer purchase order" folder every

time we

receive a new order or a change notice from our customer

.Review supplier certifications in cross reference to our PO requirements

.Ensure that physical drawings are to current rev levels prior to

distribution (Philly)

.Prepare all documentation (ie: pack list, certificate of conformance, etc)

and verify

all required vendor documentation is present to prepare for source or

shipping based

on customer requirements

.Verify PO requirements via Q Clauses (ie: FAI, source, packaging,

shipping, etc)

.Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure document accuracy

.Prepare all part labels, shipping labels, etc

.Enter ASAP requests via Boeing

.Contact Boeing via Exostar (ASN) advising of our intent to ship

Shipping/Receiving

.Package and ship parts to customer or vender.

.add required information into the Job Boss system/Exostar once shipment

has

completed

.Receive packages from outside processing, machining, fed ex or ups and

move

parts to the next station.

.Review supplier certifications and cross reference to our PO requirements

.Add required information into the Job Boss system once material, hardware

and

finish parts has been received.

Material Inventory

.Tag and place all left over material in the material inventory staging

area.

Purchase orders.

.Create purchase orders for outside processing when needed.

Customer Service

.Call buyers to add or delete information to the purchase order if it does

not match

what we quoted or if they forgot to add information.

.Call vendors for status when needed.

Miscellaneous

.Drive company Truck to deliver and pick up when Needed

. Assist, to my capability, my department and others with any and all

needs required to ensure accurate and timely processing of jobs and

provide customer satisfaction
