ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Attended auto programs through high school and was a decorated auto/diesel mechanic from 97 to 07. Always
worked on a commision payscale, and learned time management early in my career.
When employed at Schwans, I attended what they called the STARS program after my first year which was an
extensive training seminar for advanced drivers throuhout the state of kansas. After attending I took first place by a
landslide in a compition within all the drivers in STARS and became the top driver in the state, for both route
growth and ticket average growth. Also after the completion of STARS I helped in the traning and mentoring of new
and veteran employees alike
After leaving schwans I became an independant contractor for woodbridge home exteriors, at which I traveled
kansas running their sales leads for windows or siding. It was high ticket sales and one call close as well, I would go
to a homeowner that woud make an appointment for a free bid and energy assesment of their home, and would buy
on the spot. I closed fifty percent or better of all my leads on a regular basis. I had then moved into management
where I coatched and trained up to 12 employees on how to prospect and set appointments for the sales staff
