Direct manufacturing operations including digital content receipt,
distribution, and storage of 100K+ assets, customer service, facility
infrastructure, and client complaint resolution. Develop content
management and processing best practices for North America Optical
business with 15K+ orders for major studio and gaming DVD/Blu-ray (BD)
content and artwork in 2012 alone. Manage local high-end servers and
property applications, proprietary data systems, high-powered optical
laser mastering systems, electroplating systems, injection molding with 30-
ton presses, electronic and optical test equipment, screen and off-set
graphics processing.
