Letter of Introduction
To whom it concerns,
I am seeking full time, permanent, or contract employment with a well
established, secure firm. Having worked consistently for over 30 years
within the Construction and Development industries, I posses nearly
unlimited skills, abilities and experience, all of which, I will eagerly
dedicate to the right firm. During my time working within these industries
I have successfully performed all tasks and responsibilities required as
they relate to the positions held.
I have worked my way through almost all aspects of construction and
development beginning as a laborer in my father's small General Contracting
firm working all the way through the position of Director of Construction
for a national developer. I have successfully held positions with multiple
mid-sized construction companies ranging from the performance of many of
the trades involved and continuing through Superintendent, Project Manager,
Sr. Project Manager, Construction Operations Manager and Dir. of
Construction, within single and multifamily residential, commercial,
governmental and light industrial construction and can provide multiple
Letters of Recommendation to back it all up. In addition to the above, I
have also worked very successfully as a self employed Construction
Manager/Owner's Rep. for the last 7 years.
Given my current situation, I will be able to consider many different
employment conditions or situations ranging greatly in both salary and
location. I eagerly await your response.
Sincerely,
Scott Tracy
