DUTIES:
. Handling International Call routing for various products like Calling
Card & Mobile for LYCATEL. Monitored and maintained end to end call
routing and switch translations for telephony network infrastructure.
. Analyzing various kinds of reports every hour and measure the quality
by their ACD, ASR to all the international destinations, if anything
is wrong have to co-ordinate with the carrier who routes the call to
that particular destination and resolve the issue.
. Responsible for maintaining the LCR for destinations and test the call
quality on regular basis. Flexible routing based on ASR, Route
utilization and on time zones.
. Handling service desk tool for troubleshooting the carrier's problem
within the SLA time and ticketing tool for customer's problem within
the SLA time.
. Test calls are made for every carrier to every destination the grade
is fixed based on their voice quality and cost in the routing table.
. Have to Analysis the Network efficiency and the success ratio of our
carriers every hr.
. Coordinating with carrier team to resolve the carrier issues.
. Analyze the performance of X-Gates and NGN.

TITLE : "Home automation with power saver method"

DESCRIPTION:
In order to reduce the wastage power in standby mode, this
Project is used. It's an advanced automatic power management system
targeted to use at Home and Offices in order to save energy. We
consider not only saving energy of consumer electronics itself but also
automate the control on networked environment.
This system consists of Host and networked agents, various
types of Agents which are attached to consumer electronics gadgets
connected to this system and communicate between each other through the
Host. Zigbee is an advanced wireless technology for communication and
security between Host and Agents that is being used in this project.
Very cheaper, consumes less power.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
