Responsible for all regulatory inspections and policies, including
development of technical laboratory procedures and governing policies.

Introduced the first molecular testing in the region for Cystic Fibrosis.

Microbiology and Molecular Biology, both in the clinical hospital and more
recently the reference laboratory environment. This includes significant

operations, as well as creation and maintenance of new technical procedures
and policies.
Researched and developed new assays for patient testing.
Collaborated with the Marketing department to recruit new customers and
provided technical instruction for other business clients.
Partnered with Winchester Medical Center on LIS project for Triple G, GE
LIS software.
Performed a multitude of tests on various laboratory instrument interfaces.
Assisted various clients with EMR and laboratory orders to ensure proper
utilization of the systems and improve quality.
Served as Staff Education Coordinator, responsible for training and
evaluation of employee technical competencies and scheduling of continuing
education programs.
