This letter is my personal recommendation for Allan Sapp. Although I have not

supervised Mr. Sapp directly, I ve used him as my expert and representative on several

key projects. He tackles all assignments with dedication and a positive attitude.

A take-charge person, he is able to present creative ideas and communicate the

benefits using his vast knowledge of our industry. Spending over a year in our Brazil

operations, he was instrumental in correcting the execution problems we were facing.

After the completion of this project, he picked up the divisions competency development

effort. In collaboration with other subject matter experts in three factories, he created

competency documentation for a dozen work centers. During his tenure, we have seen

a reduction in operator errors and an increase in the skill set of our workforce as a direct

result of his efforts.

Mr. Sapp has been helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to relying on his

vast knowledge of the manufacturability of our product, he served as a manufacturing

supervisor for many years. In this role, he assisted in increasing the skill level of his

employees.

I highly recommend Mr. Sapp for employment. He is a team player and would make a
