• Created and implemented corporate-wide asset recovery program that produced $13 million in savings

and $20 million in new revenue for Motorola’s PCS Group during its first year in operation.

• Established benchmark to capture incoming fault analysis data of all returned cellular products to

determine quality, category, and future usability.
