Description
The Tip of the Day is designed to provide important information about the
firm and specifically the FAS practice on a consistent. The Tip of the Day
(TOD) messages would apply to all US & R10 new hires no matter what level
and provide them with key information they need to know about their
associated region firm. There will be two parts to this project - (1) The
all FAS HR Managers/Administrators Content management piece and (2) the end
user piece, which includes an automated email and access to the Content via
this Tip of the Day tool in DeloitteNet. All FAS HR Managers/Administrators
are allowed to switch between US & R10 regions via a "Switch Region"
button. All US & R10 FAS Personnel will only see the Tips associated with
their region. Administrator can change the sequence of the tips. Admin can
search for particular tip using subject or content. Admin can see the email
history and can search a tip using date and can draft the tip also. User
can see their respective tips. US user cannot send a tip to R10 users and
vice versa.

This task will be responsible to pull US & R10 Financial advisory Service
(FAS) Personnel new Hire from data from MDR view and email the Tip to new
hires everyday that has been created specifically for US & R10 new Hires
respectively. FAS Admin creates these tips. Admin can change the sequence
of the tips. User can send the tip US/R10 new hire gets a Tip everyday for
90 days from the date of joining that has been created specifically for
US/R10 new hires respectively. The 90 days will exclude the weekends
(Saturday and Sunday). If a new hire is entered into the TOD system after
his/her original start date, the application will send the entire Tips that
are due to be sent to the individual

Description
The purpose of APNET is to enable "One-Time" keying of a new A/P (Accounts
Payable) invoice (by the end user), whereby the end user can enable the
immediate "parking" of this invoice directly into SAP. The system is
accessed via DeloitteNET. Data is fully edited and validated real-time as
entered, using SAP master data. APNET will catch "duplicate" invoice entry
attempts, before letting an invoice "Park" within SAP. APNET will print a
Request For Payment form with a barcode containing a unique sequential
number enabling the IXOS scanning process to match the SAP parked document
to the RFP form and supporting documents, such as the paper invoice
received from the vendor. APNET uses "data attributes", during the scan
process (IXOS), to enable the automatic routing of the invoice data and
supporting documents, to the appropriate regional FTP or SSC group for
final review whom subsequently "Post" the invoice.
