REFUND ANTICIPATION LOANS - RETAIL CONSUMER LENDING SYSTEMS
FRONT-END PROCESS REWRITE
This system accepted loan applications for IRS tax
refunds from various participating
tax filing companies. The old system, a slow,

responses back to the tax filing companies and allow
data to be shared on-line

new background CICS process
and transmission of responses to the tax filing
companies. Held periodic
presentations for our users to keep them informed of our
design ideas and status.

Assisted in integration testing and implementation. Via
workbench and access,
created a quality assurance control process, including
REXX procedures for
migrating programs, that is now a part of standard
procedures for the department.

season, forcing us to
install a credit bureau interface and enhance our
internal scoring process.
