6/09-present - Maintenance - Team Leader I am currently the team leader for

the maintenance department and am responsible for machine/equipment

maintenance in 2-production buildings that is supported by 500-production

personnel. I currently supervise, train, and schedule 9 - maintenance

technicians. Being one of the first maintenance positions hired here at

Vestas I have developed and implemented numerous preventive maintenance

programs and processes for this $250,000,000 start-up manufacturing

company. Managed production floor to fill in for vacations, absences and

anytime help was needed.

During construction my duties were assisting in the installation of all

types of equipment such as:

. 7 Steel Plate Rollers, one of them rolled up to 3" thick steel.

. Numerous Welding Machines.

. 2 Steel Shot Blast Machines & related equipment.

. Metalizing Equipment.

maintenance on reciprocating engines & compressors which included some

minor maintenance of large engine and compressors such as ; Cooper, White

Superior, Waukesha, Caterpillar, Clark, I/R. Turbine & Centrifugal

compressors ; Solar & Allison/ Dresser Rand packages. Managed preventative

inspection and maintenance activities for all unit types.
