iSell Application will help agents in placing online orders on behalf of customers. Agents also solve customer queries by

using iSell application.

Responsibilities:

• Fixing the bugs, code review, effort estimates and implementing the CRs.

• Build and deploy the application in Weblogic server using Maven tool.

• Worked in the Web application development using JSF.

• Wrote test cases using JUnit.

• Prepared System documents for the project.

BOS, a web based application, automates the staffing work. It’s various tools, such as Open Position Tracker(OPT), Projector, Emptor, SCRF and Competency Tracker, help in achieving the replacement of manual cycle of staffing work, which was previously held On by e-mails. Tactful usage of these tools makes staffing work easier and quicker.The

time factor gains prominence because of efficient utilisation of resources for positioning of the resources. OPT is predominantly used for identifying and fulfilling the requirements for specific domains and accounts (Business Units) with appropriate resources. Projector helps in estimating the ups and downs of specified resource to any account. It also consists of other reports, displaying variations for estimated and actual projection, which allows the users to view their projections for a certain date range, Categorised by accounts. SCRF is used to handle SAP

Changes for resources.
