Responsibilities Included:
. Quality Control Department's overall direction.

. Participate in the selection process for outside testing contractors
and verify adherence to testing standards, frequency, and
documentation.
. Perform material inspection to verify that the products are in
accordance with specifications, storage requirements, visual weld
inspections in accordance with AWS D1.1 and AWS D9.1, staging, and
material handling methods are implemented without compromising project
quality. Submit Request for Information (RFI) as required and review
answered RFI's to assure changes are implemented in the field.
. Actively participate in the Work Completion Tagging Process, In-House
Punch-List Process, and the Pre-Final Work List process to document
deficient items in the field.
