November 2010-Current. While working at the ale house, I rewrote/improved our training

process. I worked with employees, ensuring the growth of our restaurant. I consistently

achieved the highest sales totals on any given night. I was recognized as Lead Server,

overseeing open/closing procedures, training new and current employees regarding policies

and procedures, and often consulted on improvements or changes needed to be made to

grow as a company.

B&T Lawn Care S81W12469 Hi View Dr. Muskego WI

January- July 2010. (seasonal) While working for B&T Lawn care, my duties consisted of

snow removal and plowing, salting and cleaning up commercial and residential properties.

During the summer season, we would start our lawn care work by pulling and planting

flowers, shrubs and trees. Also, mulching, weeding, cutting grass, trimming, stump grinding

and any other lawn care that was needed, we provided.

September-November 2008. (seasonal) I worked in the call center dealing with sales,

issues and returns at this internet based company. Clients would call up and I would assist

them with the web site, place orders, explain new products, fix accounting problems and

assist with anything related to the company. I did a lot of tech support while learning how an

internet based company is run.

April-August 2008. (seasonal) I worked as a cashier and did upkeep of grounds. Duties

included open and closing of the store, watering, placing and running orders for delivery,

upkeep of the nursery and customer service. I learned a lot about horticulture and the

importance of daily maintenance.

January-June 2007. I worked at Tri City as a bank teller. I gained great cash handling

experience while working in a fast paced financial environment. While working as a team, I

learned important computer skills, a vast knowledge of the banks services and products,

and also how to accommodate each individual customer. I also spent a lot of time

answering calls and taking messages, opening new accounts, adhering to weekly goals and

conferencing with my supervisors on the day to day issues.

Sept.2004-Dec.2006 Started out as a cashier but soon acclimated myself to other

responsibilities. I learned a great deal about how to deal with customers and what goes into

running a business. Opening and closing the store, cleaning, problem solving and customer

service were the key points to my job.

November-June 2001-2003 I started out as a busser, bussing tables, filling orders and

making the guest as happy as possible. I also acted as a host, being the “face” of the

restaurant and accommodating customers in any way I could. While working there I also

was a cook, working on busy weeknights and weekends, preparing dishes and working as a

team with the other chefs. I would arrive early to prep for the night and stay late to make

sure everything was ready for the following day. My diversity allowed me to learn every

aspect of a restaurant.
