Alfonso & Associates Consulting (National Cancer Institute Tenant Improvement Project, Rockville, MD)

Aug. ’11 to Present

Provided project management support services including cost estimating and scheduling support for

NIH/NCI’s new tenant improvement project (90M).

*Responsibilities include reviews of all GC’s change order proposals and integration of schedules for a 500,000+ S.F. office building consisting of two seven floor buildings.

Issued acceptance of all tenant change order requests to GSA, resulting a saving of $1.35+ million through a collective team effort.

*Developed independent government estimates on potential change orders.

*Provided conceptual estimates for additional work requested by NCI during post occupancy period.

*Coordinated with the general contractor, developer, and NCI to create a monthly integrated schedule
