Provided project management support services including cost estimating and scheduling support for
NIH/NCI’s new tenant improvement project (90M).
*Responsibilities include reviews of all GC’s change order proposals and integration of schedules for a 500,000+ S.F. office building consisting of two seven floor buildings.
Issued acceptance of all tenant change order requests to GSA, resulting a saving of $1.35+ million through a collective team effort.
