Handling and managing a National Pharmaceutical account Novo Nordisk Inc. at DHL. Duties included

from clearing all entries, corresponding with customers at all levels, coordination with Customs and all

other Government agencies for a seamless entry process.

Guiding the customer in case of a new product of all Customs, FDA, USDA and Fish & Wildlife

requirements. Streamlining all documentation process so entry can be made on time with the correct

documents. Managing profitability for our company as well as finding means to fully satisfy the customer.
