Held responsibility for the management consolidation of resort, restaurant and retail interests

establishing Boutique Hotel Collection with four hospitality properties.

• Oversaw on-site property management, accounting, operations, and renovations.

Employed at the commencement of design, then as General Manager for the first eight years.

Launched the resurrection, renovation, and re-opening of this abandoned landmark hotel, retail, and

restaurant on the historic Sonoma Plaza.

Suggested and initiated the original concept, design and development of this restaurant group. This

template was copied many times resulting in wide expansion and success of Piatti eateries.
