PROJECT

BOS:

Back Office System is used by retail clients majorly from UK. It has facilities to handle the various operations for retail shops, malls etc. This system is used to maintain the items/products, order details and their delivery status, having facility to add, update and edit promotions for any item. Suppliers and retailers can exchange Price lists, order forms. BOS can generate various reports like Stock adjustment, Purchase order, Delivery etc.

PROJECTS

eZManage™

eZManage™ enables the PM to set up new matters, manage contacts, handle existing matters, and queue case data for ingestion. It is a sophisticated console used to organize and orchestrate the various steps of the eDiscovery process. This Project is used to maintain and track processes and task given by client. It also maintains the Client details starting from their contacts, Number of locations, Location wise contact person, number of task given by clients, status of each task, reporting at each level of task, etc.

Processing Dashboard

Processing Dashboard is a suite of all processing applications, which is used to arrange unstructured/complex data into structured manner, extract embedded files, filter data, extract text, search text and create load file for review. Processing Dashboard supports more than 260 types of file. Dashboard contains about 30 modules of e-Discovery process. Most of modules of dashboard are running in distributed processing as well as parallel processing to increase performance and utilize available resources. Whole status of process can monitor by single application.

eZProcess

Basically eZProcess is a web form of processing dashboard. EZProcess is a web based data ingestion tool, which will help Law Firms, litigation experts to easily deal with their highly complex and unstructured electronic data in structured format\manner. It will be responsible to extract embedded files, filter data, extract text, search text and create load file for review in form of physical files/database to tools like eZVue. User can track his job status by live monitoring, provides hierarchical view of process, charts and statistics using WCF and Silverlight.

These Projects is used to Process Data Received from Law firm. These products are used to organize, Process Data, Arrange them in structured manner and to be hosted by one of our review tool for further analysis to be done by our clients.
