Projects undertaken
1. FE modeling of door module (Plastic Part)
It involved meshing of door module at outer plane according to clients
guidelines.
2. FE modeling of closures (doors, hood, and trunk lid)
It involved handling of closures. The components are meshed with
various size mesh types like SPR and MVM. The interference regions are
meshed with specific conditions like hemming, node and element matching
between components. The spot and laser welding regions were maintained node
matching with quad elements around with smooth transition according to
client's guidelines.
3. FE modeling of Chassis assembly (BIW Part)
It involved handling of under body parts.. The components are
meshed with various size mesh types like ACV,FBG and SPR. The spot and
laser welding regions were maintained node matching with quad elements
around with smooth transition according to client's guidelines.
4. FE modeling of power train
It involved meshing of power train with solid elements (tetra)
according to client's guidelines.
5. FE modeling of BSO (BIW Part)
It involved handling of BSO and accessories. The components are meshed
with various size mesh types like ACV, FBG, SPR and MVM. The spot and laser
welding regions were maintained node matching with quad elements around
with smooth transition according to client's guidelines.
6. FE modeling of bumper
It involved handling of front bumper assembly. The
components are meshed with according to client's guidelines.
7. FE modeling of fuselage
It involved handling of fuselage parts. The
components are meshed with the rigid elements, CBAR,CBEAM and CROD regions
were maintained according to client's guidelines.
8. FE modeling of dial housing (Plastic Part)
It involved handling of dial housing parts. The
components are meshed with according to client's guidelines.
9. FE modeling of train model
It involved meshing of different assembly. The
components are meshed with according to client's guidelines.

It involved meshing of instrumental panel. The
